# 链上充值问题
## 从外部转入 Minara
涵盖从 CEX（Binance、OKX 等）或其他钱包向你的 Minara 交易账户进行链上充值。
**我的链上充值还没到账。** 大多数充值会在 5–30 分钟内完成。在开工单前，请先使用下方的浏览器链接查看链上状态。
任何充值问题的核心逻辑：
* **链上记录已存在，但 Minara 余额尚未更新** —— 你的资金已经到达 Minara。请等待最多 15 分钟让余额显示出来。如果 15 分钟后仍未出现，请在我们的 [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/minaraai) 中开工单，并将其报告为 bug。
* **尚无链上记录** —— 你的资金仍在区块链上转移途中。只要区块链没有宕机，已提交的交易最终都会到账。继续等待即可，只是时间问题。
**我充值到了错误的网络。** 请在 Discord 上联系我们。无法保证发送到错误网络的资产能够找回。请附上你的交易哈希和所使用的网络。
**我从不受支持的链上充值了代币。** 请联系我们的 Discord 获取技术支持。从不受支持的链上发送的资产可能无法找回。
**我无法从 Binance 向 Minara 充值 SOL。** Minara 钱包是 AA+ 智能合约钱包。Binance 的移动端提现不支持某些钱包架构（AA+、多签）。
解决方案：
* 请使用 Binance 网页版（不要用移动端）提现。
* 或者改用 BSC 或其他受支持的链进行充值。
**我的充值已在链上确认，但余额没有更新。我该如何追踪？**
如果你联系支持，请附上你的 Minara UID 和充值钱包地址。对于 Hyperliquid，钱包地址就足够了。对于 Lighter，还请分享你 Lighter 钱包页面中的“在浏览器中查看”链接。
***Hyperliquid***
1. 打开 [hypurrscan.io](https://hypurrscan.io/) 并粘贴你的 Hyperliquid 钱包地址。
2. 查找是否有一笔来自 Arbitrum 的对应充值。
如果 Arbitrum 充值存在，说明你的资金已经链上到达 Hyperliquid，并已在 Minara。请等待最多 15 分钟让余额更新。如果仍未出现：
* 确认你查看的是正确的钱包（你充值到的那个，而不是你账户中的其他钱包）。
* 尝试在稳定的网络下刷新浏览器。
* 检查是否有未实现亏损的未平仓永续仓位。显示的数值是你的 *可用* 余额——当仓位亏损时，交易所会把余额转入保证金，这会降低显示的数值。
如果这些都无法解释问题，请在我们的 [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/minaraai) 中开工单，附上浏览器链接和你的 UID，并将其报告为 bug。
如果没有 Arbitrum 充值记录，请在 [arbiscan.io](https://arbiscan.io/) 上查看是否有从你的钱包到 Hyperliquid Deposit Bridge 的转账。你的资金仍在链上转移途中。只要区块链没有宕机，交易最终都会到账——继续等待即可。
***Lighter***
1. 打开 [Lighter Explorer](https://app.lighter.xyz/explorer) 并筛选 *L1 存款*.
2. 检查你的充值是否以正确金额列出。
如果该充值显示为正确金额，说明你的资金已经链上到达 Lighter，并已在 Minara。请等待最多 15 分钟让余额更新。按上面相同的显示检查流程再核对一遍（正确的钱包、刷新、永续仓位）。如果问题仍然存在，请在 Discord 中开工单并将其报告为 bug。
如果充值没有出现在 Lighter Explorer 中，请在 [arbiscan.io](https://arbiscan.io/) 中查找是否有来自你的 Lighter 充值地址的对应转账。你的资金仍在链上转移途中。只要区块链没有宕机，交易最终都会到账——继续等待即可。

## 在 Minara 钱包之间转账
Minara 为每个交易场所——Hyperliquid 和 Lighter——分别维护独立的交易钱包。一个钱包中的资金不会自动在另一个钱包中可用。请使用 Minara 应用中的 **转账** 功能在它们之间转移 USDC。
**我的钱包间转账还没到账。**
同样的核心逻辑适用：
* **源钱包显示已扣除，目标钱包尚未更新** —— 转账已经离开你的源钱包。请等待最多 15 分钟。如果仍未到账，请在我们的 [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/minaraai) 中开工单，附上你的 Minara UID 和转账金额，并将其报告为 bug。
* **源钱包余额未变化** —— 转账没有成功。请重试。
你可以使用相关浏览器在链上验证这笔转账：

**如果我有未平仓仓位，还能转账吗？**
可以，只要这笔转账不会把源钱包的可用保证金降到低于你未平仓仓位所需的水平。如果应用阻止了转账，请先平掉或减少仓位，然后再重试。
