# Bilinmeyen hatalar

"Bilinmeyen hata", Minara geçici bir ağ sorunu veya sunucudan gelen beklenmedik bir yanıt nedeniyle isteğinizi tamamlayamadığında görünür. Bu, herhangi bir tek özelliğe özgü değildir — Copilot, Autopilot, Strategy Studio veya uygulamanın başka herhangi bir yerinde meydana gelebilir.

## Buna ne sebep olur

* Bir istek sırasında ağ bağlantınızda kısa süreli bir kesinti
* Sunucunun eksik veya hatalı biçimlendirilmiş bir yanıt döndürmesi
* Yüksek trafik veya geçici arka uç kullanılamazlığı nedeniyle oluşan zaman aşımı

## Ne yapmalı

**Bekleyin ve yeniden deneyin.** Yaklaşık 10 dakika bekleyin, ardından aynı işlemi tekrar deneyin. Ağ koşulları dengelendikçe çoğu bilinmeyen hata kendiliğinden çözülür.

**Çıkış yapıp yeniden giriş yapın.** Hesap menünüze gidin, çıkış yapın ve tekrar oturum açın. Yeni bir oturum, tekrarlayan hataları tetikleyebilen eski durumu temizler.
