# Çekme sorunları

**Zincir üstü çekimim reddedildi.** Yaygın nedenler:

* Seçilen token ile hedef adres arasında ağ uyumsuzluğu.

**Çekimim harici cüzdanıma ulaşmadı.** Çoğu çekim birkaç dakika içinde tamamlanır. İşlem durumunu, işlem hash'inizi kullanarak bir blok zincir gezgininde kontrol edin.
