# Kartla yatırma sorunları

Minara, kartla ödeme hizmetlerini doğrudan işletmez. Üçüncü taraf OTC sağlayıcılarını (MoonPay, Banxa Pay, Alchemy Pay, Kodo Finance) bir araya getiriyoruz. Kartla ödeme sorunları için doğrudan sağlayıcıyla iletişime geçin.

**Kartımla ödeme yaptım ama kripto almadım.** Çoğu durumda, bir işlem başarısız olursa, tutar ödeme yönteminize otomatik olarak iade edilir. 24 saat sonra hâlâ kripto ya da iade almadıysanız, ödeme kanıtınız ve sipariş kimliğinizle OTC sağlayıcısıyla iletişime geçin:

**KYC'den geçemiyorum.** KYC gereklilikleri sağlayıcıya ve bölgeye göre değişir. Farklı bir banka kartı deneyin, alternatif bir ödeme kanalı seçin veya OTC sağlayıcısının destek ekibiyle doğrudan iletişime geçin. Minara, KYC sürecine müdahale edemez.

**Beklediğimden daha az kripto aldım.** Bu genellikle platform ücretleri, kur kayması veya gas ücretleri nedeniyle olur. Eksiklik alışılmadık derecede büyükse, işlem ayrıntılarınız ve makbuzunuzla OTC sağlayıcısıyla iletişime geçin.

**Kart ödemem başarısız oldu.** Farklı bir kart veya ödeme kanalı deneyin. Ayrıca kart ödemesini tamamen atlayıp doğrudan Minara cüzdan adresinize zincir üstü para yatırabilirsiniz.
