# Giriş ve hesap erişimi

**Minara'ya giriş yapamıyorum.** Minara, Google OAuth kullanır. Minara hesabınızı oluşturmak için kullanılan Google hesabını kullandığınızdan emin olun. Tarayıcı önbelleğini temizleyin veya gizli modu deneyin. Bir VPN kullanıyorsanız, devre dışı bırakmayı deneyin — Minara, Çin Anakarası, Kuzey Kore ve bazı kısıtlı bölgelerde kullanılamaz.

Hâlâ giriş yapamıyorsanız, şuraya katılın [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/minaraai) ve bir destek talebi açın.

**Oturumum sürekli kapatılıyor.** Bu, bir süre hareketsizlikten sonra veya yeni bir cihazda olabilir. Google düğmesi üzerinden tekrar giriş yapın. Giriş yaptıktan hemen sonra oturumunuz kapanıyorsa çerezleri temizleyin ve farklı bir tarayıcı deneyin.
