# Инциденты безопасности

**Мой аккаунт был взломан. Что мне делать?**

Действуйте немедленно:

1. **Смените пароль** от Google-аккаунта, привязанного к вашему аккаунту Minara.
2. **Войдите в Minara** — проверьте Asset → Activity на предмет подозрительных транзакций. Приостановите все активные автоматические стратегии. Переведите оставшиеся активы в безопасный кошелёк.
3. **Сохраните доказательства** — сделайте скриншоты подозрительных транзакций и запишите хэши транзакций. Они понадобятся для расследования.
4. **Свяжитесь со службой поддержки** 1 [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/minaraai) с данными вашей учётной записи и доказательствами.

**Мне кажется, меня обманули.** Не отправляйте дополнительные средства. Немедленно свяжитесь со службой поддержки Minara в Discord. Сохраните всю переписку и записи о транзакциях. Minara не может отменить завершённые on-chain транзакции, но может помочь с расследованием и, где возможно, передать дело соответствующим сторонам.

**Я получил сообщение, якобы от службы поддержки Minara, с просьбой сообщить мой приватный ключ.** Это мошенничество.
