# Неизвестные ошибки

«Неизвестная ошибка» появляется, когда Minara не может выполнить ваш запрос из-за временной проблемы с сетью или неожиданного ответа от сервера. Это не относится к какой-либо одной функции — такое может произойти в Copilot, Autopilot, Strategy Studio или где-либо еще в приложении.

## Что вызывает это

* Кратковременный сбой подключения к сети во время запроса
* Сервер возвращает неполный или некорректно сформированный ответ
* Тайм-аут, вызванный высокой нагрузкой или временной недоступностью бэкенда

## Что делать

**Подождите и повторите попытку.** Подождите около 10 минут, затем попробуйте выполнить то же действие еще раз. Большинство неизвестных ошибок проходят сами собой, когда сетевые условия стабилизируются.

**Выйдите из аккаунта и войдите снова.** Откройте меню аккаунта, выйдите из него и войдите снова. Новая сессия очищает устаревшее состояние, которое может вызывать повторяющиеся ошибки.

Если ошибка появилась при размещении сделки, проверьте открытые позиции и историю ордеров перед повторной попыткой, чтобы не разместить дублирующий ордер.
