# Проблемы с пополнением картой

Minara не предоставляет услуги карточных платежей напрямую. Мы агрегируем сторонних OTC-провайдеров (MoonPay, Banxa Pay, Alchemy Pay, Kodo Finance). По вопросам, связанным с оплатой картой, обращайтесь напрямую к провайдеру.

**Я оплатил картой, но криптовалюта не поступила.** В большинстве случаев, если транзакция не проходит, средства автоматически возвращаются на ваш способ оплаты. Если через 24 часа вы не получили криптовалюту или возврат средств, свяжитесь с OTC-провайдером, указав подтверждение оплаты и ID заказа:

**Я не могу пройти KYC.** Требования KYC различаются в зависимости от провайдера и региона. Попробуйте другую банковскую карту, выберите альтернативный канал оплаты или свяжитесь напрямую со службой поддержки OTC-провайдера. Minara не может вмешиваться в процесс KYC.

**Я получил меньше криптовалюты, чем ожидал.** Обычно это связано с комиссиями платформы, проскальзыванием курса обмена или комиссиями за газ. Если недостача необычно велика, свяжитесь с OTC-провайдером, предоставив детали транзакции и чек.

**Моя оплата картой не прошла.** Попробуйте другую карту или другой канал оплаты. Вы также можете полностью отказаться от оплаты картой и внести депозит в сети напрямую на адрес вашего кошелька Minara.
