# Вход и доступ к аккаунту

**Я не могу войти в Minara.** Minara использует Google OAuth. Убедитесь, что вы используете аккаунт Google, который был использован для создания вашего аккаунта Minara. Очистите кэш браузера или попробуйте режим инкогнито. Если вы используете VPN, попробуйте отключить его — Minara недоступна в материковом Китае, Северной Корее и некоторых ограниченных регионах.

Если вы по-прежнему не можете войти, присоединитесь к нашему [Discord](https://discord.com/invite/minaraai) и откройте тикет в службу поддержки.

**Моя сессия постоянно завершается.** Это может произойти после периода неактивности или на новом устройстве. Войдите снова через кнопку Google. Если сессия пропадает сразу после входа, очистите cookies и попробуйте другой браузер.

**Я забыл, какой аккаунт Google я использовал.** Невозможно найти вашу учетную запись по электронной почте без тикета в службу поддержки. Свяжитесь с нами в Discord и сообщите любые данные, которые вы помните (имя пользователя, адрес кошелька, приблизительную дату регистрации).

**Как мне сбросить приложение-аутентификатор?** Если вы потеряли доступ к приложению-аутентификатору (например, потеряли телефон), свяжитесь со службой поддержки в Discord и предоставьте данные для подтверждения аккаунта. Мы не можем обойти 2FA без проверки личности.
